FRIDAY - Evening

5:30: First round of check-in.
Location: Madison Avenue Pub, next to the hotel.

Meet for evening shoot for anyone who’s available.

6:00: Call for make-up for models for shoot.

6:30: Shoot #1: PARADISE CITY
Venue: Walkabout among the skyscrapers of Bay Street.
For the uninitiated, Bay Street is Toronto's version of Wall Street. Big, fancy, reflective buildings and urban alleys.
Models to cast:
- Multi-racial models in go-getter business attire
Props to find:
- Cell phones
- Sunglasses
- Briefcases
- Derby hats


8:30: Second round of event check-in at the pub. Come get your schedule, iStock swag, and lanyard ID.
Then, let’s party!
Location: Madison Avenue Pub, next to the hotel.

SATURDAY - Morning

9:00-12:00: Seminars. Some of our more experienced members will be doing seminars on various topics related to stock photography. The seminar topics and speakers are TBA.
Location: Madison Manor Boutique Hotel Conference Room

12:00-1:00: Lunch
Location: Wherever you like. There are lots of choices in that area -- you can eat anything from Ethiopian to Vietnamese to Peruvian.

SATURDAY - Afternoon
12:30: Call for make-up for models for shoot.

1:00-8:00: Shoot #2: HIGH VOLTAGE
Venue A: Shallow Groove Lounge & Surrounds
Floor plan available on their website (under "Corporate and Private events"). DJ booth, VIP bar, back lounge, dance floor, washrooms, main bar, champagne bar, booth area.

8:30 onward: Dinner, socializing, portfolio review, possible nighttime walkabout shooting if people are interested.

SUNDAY - Morning
7:30: Call for make-up for models for shoot.
8:00-12:30: Shoot #3: THUNDERSTRUCK
Venue: Bloor Cinema
The historic Bloor Cinema has been a Toronto landmark for over 100 years. With more than 800 seats, both modern and classic (including the original balcony loveseats) and one huge screen graced by a magnificent curtain, the Bloor remains the ultimate place to see movies the way they were meant to be seen.
We have the run of the place as it will be closed to the public. We have access to all areas, from the two lobbies to the snack bar to the auditorium. The ladies’ washroom has a powder room area, which will be used for make-up.

3:00-7:30: Shoot #4: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE
Venue B: Toronto BJJ
Toronto BJJ is Toronto’s most highly accredited Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts (MMA) academy. They offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Chute Boxe Muay Thai Kick-Boxing, Judo, Sub Wrestling (No-Gi), Wrestling, boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
We will be photographing model-released martial artists showing off their crazy moves under studio lighting. We have access to both floors of the venue.

- Gis (those white pyjama-looking martial arts outfits)
