If you're taking part in the shoot, whether you're a model, mua, or photographer, get involved in the forums here. It takes everyone getting involved to make this event a success and your voice counts. Any information you provide remains completely confidential, and is never passed on to any other party.
If you're bringing props to the shoot, let us know what you have...this way everyone can plan shots more effectively, plus if something has sentimental / monetary value attached thus needing a little more care.. say so.. we can let people know to take more care with it.
We'd also like to do the same with any equipment you may be bringing....it also helps the organisers to stage this event more effectively so everyone gets the most out of the weekend.
The models page shows the models confirmed as attending the shoot, and on what days s/he is available where applicable, as well as a recent photo of them
